Austin loves my mom. She's taught him so many things. He pats her on the cheek when he sees her and calls her Ma-momma. Well, today we were at Mom's house back in her bedroom. The door was closed and mom was showing me some clothes. I guess Austin got bored because he WALKED over to the door and started banging on it. We ignored him because by that time mom had pulled out a bunch of jewelry and Jessica and I were picking through the box. When we heard, plain as day..."Ma-momma go bye-bye." We all froze and Mom points to him and says did he really say that??? Jessica and I were absolutely speechless. We did hear the same thing...all three of us. Of course, no amount of encouragement would convince him to say it again. And no one at home believes us... Sigh. But still. It was soooo exciting. His little voice is so cute...and very clear.
